How to order:
There are three ways you can place an order at Smartific:
1. through our webshop:
- this can be with or without an account.
2. by email:
- would you like to order via email, then we require the following information:
- your name and address details
- your telephone number
- the address details in case of a different delivery address
- your order
3. by a letter to our mailbox:
- would you like to order through a letter, then we require the following information:
- your name and address details
- your telephone number
- the address details in case of a different delivery address
- your order
- possibly your email address if you want to follow your order-completion by email.
Once your order has been placed with us, you will receive a confirmation by email (or letter).
In this confirmation you can check your order and address details.
In addition to your order and address details, this confirmation-email also contains your order number.
How to pay:

Shipping information:
As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order immediately, in a discreet parcel.
We will ship all orders through KDZ Express.
You will receive an email from KDZ Express with the track and trace details.
Our shippingcosts per order are only € 5,-. All orders of € 100,- or more are free of shippingcosts.
